<p>各位大侠!</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 小第入行不就有太多的问提要问各位大哥们!!!</p><p>希望各位知道的能帮帮忙。</p><p>1。现在的微蚀体系有过硫酸钠和硫酸,H2O2和H2SO4,过硫酸铵和硫酸。</p><p>请问:他们之间有什么区别吗?什么情况应当用什么好?为什么?</p><p>2。电镀光剂的添加按千安每小时,请问是什么意思啊?具体应当怎么加?</p><p>3。每条线为什么都要微蚀?微蚀对做板有什么影响?</p><p>4.电镀为什么在一定时候要挂电解片?挂电解片有什么作用?</p><p>5.像沉镍金和沉铜为什么做板之前要挂拖缸板?拖缸板对做板有什么影响?对拖缸板又有什么要求?</p><p>6.是不是镀铜,镀镍,镀锡的电解片可以混用?电解片一般是什么材料做成的?</p><p>7.电镀镀层厚度计算公式有用:电流密度*时间*0.217,有用电化当量*电流密度*电流效率*电流时间/60*物质密度,</p><p>又有用电化当量*电流密度*电流效率*电流时间/100*物质密度。请问具体该用哪个?为什么?</p><p>8.我司电镀铜溶液为纯硫酸,硫酸铜,铜粒,光剂(罗门哈斯)的,请问电流效率是多少啊?</p><p>每平方尺的电流密度又应为多少啊?</p><p>9.我看很多资料上都说电镀电流应为1.5——2.5安每平方分米,但我司的为什么为20安每平方英尺啊?</p><p>10.什么叫深镀,什么叫渗镀,什么叫独立线,什么叫独立孔???</p><p>麻烦大家知道的说一下,知道一个就说一个》</p><p>谢谢!!!!</p><p></p>
