[讨论] 关于PCIE一些规范以及阻抗问题

<p>按照PCIE的要求:</p><p>1,长度:越短越好</p><p>2,pair内误差&lt;=5mil</p><p>3,layout成differential pair.严格平行对称,保持距离</p><p>4,端接交流耦合电容</p><p>5,参考平面GND,离GND平面边沿至少20mil</p><p>阻抗要求</p><p><font color="#ff0000"><strong>单线:60/55欧姆+-15%,即 51-69或者46.75-63.25欧姆</strong></font></p><p>diff-piar:100/85欧姆+-20%,即 80-120或者68-97欧姆</p><p></p><p>请教</p><p>1,这里的<font color="#f73809"><strong>单线阻抗和layout要求不是冲突了吗</strong></font>?一般我们都走pair形式的线啊,好像很少有单根的..</p><p>2,请教以下叠构第7层,走6/5的PCIE我怎么也算不出85欧姆来.为什么:</p><p><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="739" border="0" style="WIDTH: 555pt; PCB決定了無非就是調整線寬和線距,不一定要那么準確,接近85就行,
