1.客户未指定板材材质 / 建议普通FR-4.
Please confirm if the base material applied to FR-4 Tg135 is allowed.

2.客户未指定完成板厚公差 / 建议完成板厚1.60mm+/-10%.
Please confirm if the tolerance of the finished board's thickness can be applied to 1.6mm+/-10%.

3.客户要求表面处理为HAL,此不符合RoHS规范 / 是否仍以HAL方式作业？
The surface finish is required to be HAL, but HAL is not compliant with the RoHS requirement. Please confirm with us if HAL is your preference.

4.客户未指定防焊颜色 / 普通绿色
Please confirm if the color of the solder mask on the board can be glossy green.

5.客户未指定字符颜色 / 白色
Please confirm if the color of silkscreen (legend) on the board can be white.

6.客户未提供钻孔数据 / 请提供
Please provide the drilling data (drilling sizes, chart & locations) to us.

7.客户提供的数据为工作稿,不知道线路是否已经补偿？/ 如果已经补偿请提供补偿值.
We are not sure if the Gerber file you provided is the working file or the original file. If it is a working file, please let us know the offset or provide us again with the original Gerber file.

8.我们不清楚此槽孔是否为NPTH孔？/ 请确认.
Please confirm the slot showed in the following picture is plated-through or Non plated-through.

9.如附图一所示,C面字符上有圆形的PAD,建议将其去除 / 请确认.
Please view to the attached picture and confirm if we can ignore the round PAD on the silkscreen of component side.

10.C面字符上有下图标记,我们不清楚是保留还是用我司LOGO替换？/ 请确认
Can we use our UL logo of "EP 94V-0 YYWW" to replace the mark shown as below?

The surface finish is required to be Lead-Free HAL. Please let us know if you agree with us by applying Sn, Ag & Cu as the ingredients of Lead-Free HAL.

12. 未指定外形尺寸公差. / 建议依+/-0.15mm作业.
Please confirm if the tolerance of the routed outline applied to +/-0.15mm is allowed.

13. 我司设计之联片图见附件PNL,请确认! / 联片尺寸: mm X mm (? up)
Please confirm if the attached PNL drawing arranged by us is acceptable.

14.如下图所示,红色为文字层里面有许多PAD,请问是否正常 / 如不正常请提供
Please view the following picture and note there are many PADs existed inside the silkscreen. Please confirm whether we should follow this design or ignore it.

15. 客户要求板厚1.55mm,难找到1.4mm的基板作业. / 建议基板用1.5mm,成品板厚按1.60mm+/-10%作业.
The finished board’s thickness is required to be 1.55mm. As we have to use the material with 1.4mm thickness to reach the finished board’s thickness and this kind of material is not available at present, please confirm if the finished board’s thickness can be changed to 1.6mm with the tolerance of +/-10% and then we can use the common material.

16.不清楚完成铜厚. / 建议完成铜厚依1 oz作业.
Please confirm if the finished copper thickness is applied to 1 oz.

个人感觉：MI 英文问客关键的就那么几个英语单词，只要把那几个单词熟练运用了什么都搞定了！
