1.Tidy up the Bom of related customer:only need to retmain five items,details areCPN,Quantity,Redf,MPN,Manufacture.For the MPN and manufacture.should delete cancelled and disqulified supplier.If not ,there will be many suppliers that are infit for the board will be reserved.This will cause serious issues when producing.
2.Import Bom.we must make the five items match well,any issues,such as not matched,errors and so on,must be dealed before net step.
3.Merge the board,we should keep all the components to match the footprint well,any doubles,should download datasheet from Customer netfor confirm right o rnot.
4.Define attribute,such as mounting hole,tooling hole,global fiducial dot,testing point,flow direction.
5.Import coustomer Design check rule,for different customers,the rule may be different.
6.Executing Check list, brd different,net analysis.
7.Manual check list,we will review the board and check solder mask,soder paste,silkscreent,heatsink hole and so on.
8.Export the report and clean,then sent to custer in email or upload the net for customer. goo d
