Expedition PCB 怎么也forward不了，请教！

初学，用wg2004，拿ee2005光盘里的例子走一下流程，在打开PCB文件连接中心库时卡住了，有两个ERROR，请教各位大神~
ERROR: Unable to load Source padstack database D:\mentor document\Central_Library_for_DC-Exp\Layout\PadstackDB.psk
ERROR:Unable to create local Cell Library.
