MC68HC08JK8单片机特性简介
MC68HC08系列单片机采用CPU08内核，于1999年中期推出，以逐步实现MC68HC05各系列产品的升级换代。MC68HC08系列单片机包含十几个系列，一百多个型号。所有型号的单片机都集成了看门狗模块，定时器都是16位的，且具有输入捕捉、输出比较和脉宽调制功能。内含系统集成模块（System Integration Module，SIM），它是协调CPU与各模块时序关系的系统级控制器，主要实现时钟控制系统、复位控制系统和中断控制系统。MC68HC08JK8 特性：
