<P >·<FONT face="Times New Roman"> Propose backplane engineering and manufacturing improvements. <p></p></FONT></P>
<P >·<FONT face="Times New Roman"> Propose Customer specific backplane based projects. <p></p></FONT></P>
<P >·<FONT face="Times New Roman"> Submission of Customer specific quotations within predefined guidelines. <p></p></FONT></P>

<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">QUALIFICATIONS: <p></p></FONT></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">Professional qualification in Electronics/Electro-mechanical design engineering discipline. <p></p></FONT></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">Proficient in both written and spoken English. <p></p></FONT></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman"> <p></p></FONT></P>
<P ><B><FONT face="Times New Roman">EXPERIENCE: <p></p></FONT></B></P>
<P >·<FONT face="Times New Roman"> Extensive experience within either electronic backplane and/or electro mechanical packaging design. <p></p></FONT></P>
<P >·<FONT face="Times New Roman"> Preferably 2 years direct sales experience within either of the above-mentioned disciplines. <p></p></FONT></P>

<P >·<FONT face="Times New Roman"> In conjunction with Materials department, ensure best price multi supplier options re: bill of material costs. <p></p></FONT></P>

<P >·<FONT face="Times New Roman"> Create and regularly review department policies, procedures, work instructions, etc: <p></p></FONT></P>
<P >·<FONT face="Times New Roman"> In conjunction with the manufacturing department ensure design for manufacture optimisation. <p></p></FONT></P>
<P >·<FONT face="Times New Roman"> Ensure effective, flexible and responsive management of specific major customer programmes. <p></p></FONT></P>
<P ><B><FONT face="Times New Roman">Backplane based integrated solutions technology monitoring 20% <p></p></FONT></B></P>
<P >·<FONT face="Times New Roman"> Identification and monitoring of new/emerging technologies likely to influence/impact on the development of HIS. <p></p></FONT></P>
<P >·<FONT face="Times New Roman"> Participate, where appropriate, in recognised industry standardisation bodies, research organisations etc: <p></p></FONT></P>
<P ><B><FONT face="Times New Roman">Training and support of Chinese sales resources 20% <p></p></FONT></B></P>
