FMEA is a pretty good tool to prevent quality issue and solve occurred quality issue.And the DOE and QC 7tools,SPC,QFD are all invloved in FMEA process.It is also a effective tool to let us know the VOC well,and based on the brain strom and team work,team will try best to take action to solve the high NPR process.And minimum the quality risk and cost.
