保养千篇一律，将喷管、行辘拆下清洁干净，将缸里泥浆状物质清除，注意缸体后边的过滤泵，也必须清晰干净，过滤网。药水就没必要留了，不像蚀刻或者棕化缸，要留母液

4.8.2.1        显影段
The developing section
①        排尽显影缸内废液，再关闭药水缸排液阀门。
Release the waste solutions in the developing tank and then close the valve.
②        注入清水于缸体里面，开启显影泵循环20-30分钟，打开排水阀门，排掉废水。
Inject clean water in the tank and start the developing circulation for 20-30mins. Then start up valve to release the waste water.
③        将35㎏的NaOH溶于桶内，倒入已装有部分清水的显影缸内，水洗缸分别加入5 kg 溶解的NaOH溶液，再注入清水至最高液位，开启各循环及输送，温度设定为50℃，清洗1-4H（加NaOH前将水洗段海棉压水辘取出，浸泡于清水中）。
Dissolve 35kg NaOH in the tub. Then add 5 kg of dissolved NaOH solutions in the water-contained developing tank and the water rinsing tank respectively and inject water to the limit level. Start the circulation and transferring to conduct rinsing for 1-4Hs, the temp. being setted at 50℃(before adding of the NaOH solution, the sponge roller of the rinsing section should be taken out and dipped in the clean water.)
④        排尽NaOH废液，注满清水于缸体里面，清洗20-30min后排放。
Release the NaOH solution completely and inject clean water in the tank to the full capacity. Wash for 20-30mins and release it in the end.
⑤        注清水于各缸体内，于显影缸加入工业硫酸 20 L，水洗缸分别加入3L，加水至最高液位后开启喷淋清洗45min-60min，然后排掉。
Inject clean water in the tanks. Add industrial 20L H2SO4 solution in the developing tank and 3L in the water rinsing tank. Then inject in water to the upper limit of the tank. Start the spraying and release 45-60mins later.
⑥        再次注满清水于缸体里面，开启各泵清洗15-30min，然后排掉。
Inject clean water in the tank and turn on the pump to start the rinsing for 15-30mins and then release the waste water.
⑦        注清水于各缸体内，将5 kg的Na2CO3溶于桶内，然后倒入已装有部分清水的显影缸中，再注入清水至最高液位处，开启各循环及输送，清洗约15分钟，排掉，注入清水，再按开缸比例开好药水。
Inject clean water in the tank. Dissolve 5kg NaOH in the tub and then pour it in the developing tank with clean water in it. Inject clean water to the upper limit of the tank. Start the circulation and transferring and release the solution 15mins later. Inject in clean water and compound the solution to the desired concentration.
⑧        更换过滤棉芯，清洗过滤网；取出各喷管，疏通喷嘴，清除显影缸底污物（疏通喷嘴时小心，防止喷嘴损伤或遗失）。
Replace the old filter cotton core and clean the filter net; take out the spraying tube and dredge the spraying nozzle. Remove the dirts in the developing tank( Be careful when dredge the spraying nozzle to avoid damages or loss.)
⑨        检查所有压力表，溢流水管流量，显影缸加热系统，冷却系统。
Check all the pressure meters, the flow of the overflow tube, the heating system of the developing tank and the cooling system.
⑩  检查电器控制线路并清洁其接触点，查看各气压，气阀；气动控制器是否正常。
    Check the equipment controlling circuit and clean the contacting places. Check the pressure and valve, and if the pneumatic controller is working normally.
