I think the main issue is the laser energy.

I have drilled 1mil through hole by UV.It is OK.

But the inner layer is not very good.

because the PI will be burned out faster than other materials

楼主偶建议你想办法用等离子清洗或用超声波清洗这两种方法偶以前都试过，对多层板效果特更佳。

用的是UV激光还是CO2激光钻孔机呢，哪个牌子的，三菱的激光钻孔机可以做到，有兴趣可以给点资料你们了解一下一步clfgeorge@163.com
