導體變色請教

請賜教！

蝕刻后板面正常無氧化，快壓后檢查也無導體變色，但是熟化后就有導體變色!

感謝！走一邊刷磨綫可以解決，不過這樣的話又多了一道工序，影響產能！

此幾種相對其他幾種原材銅面粗糙，是否會有影響？（有做實驗用其他材料無變色）

Don't need to do that.To brush the board surface is a kind of excursion treatment.

The different copper(EA,RA) the crystal direction is different for etching process also.

But how to minimize the thickness of oxide copper is more important.

So,water rinse must remove the residue of acid as possible.

And dryer must remove the micro-water as possible too.

Please to check the water rinse and dryer section on your etching line.

目前水洗壓力0.06MPa，烘乾溫度70度（有試過提升至80度但沒有效果）

[em06]後續試一下抗氧化后水洗壓力加大！

1. 水沸点是100度,但在常温也会蒸发,但温度越高蒸发速率越快

2. 所谓水洗效果不是只有压力,对FPC不要往压力去做,流量也很重要

Impact force=f*(Q)^1/2(P)^2/3

Impact force--水洗效果 Q--流量 P--压力 f--const.

水洗效果正比于流量只是没有压力那么强罢了

判断是不是蚀刻药水侵蚀最好的方法就是把蚀刻所要用到的药水都涂在板上面看有无类同的现象，我曾经也遇见过相同的问题，可是到现在还没找出是什么原因。报废了几批板自己就好了！我们从材料设备人员操作上面都下了很大的工夫，最后的结果。。。。。。。。不知道！~
