who can translate it:
Processing Rule: Room CpuClock(region........)
Violation between Component R5(50580mil, 56500mil) Toplayer and
Room CpuClock(Region=(.......) (is part of Component Class CpuClock).

我没用过Protel99se软件；
不过大概表示一个错误信息吧
运行规则： Room CpuClock(区域.......)
顶层位于(50580mil, 56500mil) 的元件R5和Room CpuClock(区域=（......)规则有冲突
