在英文中也有“抬杠”这一说法,不过我没见过比较俏皮的说法。

“抬杠”在英文中可以这样表达：bicker /argue for the sake of arguing
eg. This guy is fond of bickering wherever he can.
这家伙有事没事喜欢抬杠。
FYI: "bicker" can be both noun and verb.
