很不错，对前处理的了解很深；现我司生产的负片PCB，原流程：前处理-沉铜-一次板电-前处理-二次板电；现更改为：前处理-沉铜-一次板电-置养水缸-二次板电。请问此种方式对铜层的结合力有无影响或是有其它负面影响？

渗镀、阻焊喷锡起泡，剥离强度不够：

主要表现都有一个共同点，就是与铜面结合力差，导致出现表面物质与铜层出现分层或结合力不强，在生产作业过程或质量测试过程，不能抵御电镀药水或高温和拉力的冲击，导致出现此类缺陷。

分析问题时，要结合缺陷所表现的现象和现场制程作业现象，并结合实际化验、检测结果，才能作出正确性分析，制作定对症措施，持续进行改善，才能控制缺陷的发 生和重复发生。
