遇到难得遇到的”shape-new -shape-fill-nt“问题

SPB15.7版本，

单位新配的机子，ATI 2400PRO显卡，P35ICH7主板，DELL的品牌机

遇到问题：在user preference editer-shape- new shape fill nt项选中后，画面在缩放时会有闪屏现象，SPB 15.7在设置该项时有说明“Fill shape may cause screen flickering in some cases.In most cases,setting display mode to 16 bit color instead of true color pixer fixes the problem."

真是很不巧的事情被我遇到了，我改了显示器到16位色也还是一样的。

家里ATI 4650 P43 ICH 10的机子没有任何问题。

以上问题不知有哪位遇到过，有没什么好的解决办法？谢了
