谢谢大家帮忙。 这个是Tyco的回复： The .spm file is the Single Pair Model listed below. Speaking to your other e-mail, there is no s-parameter model included. The MLM model you have is modeled to have already included the gold fingers mating to the connector. There is no separate model required or supplied. As far as a user guide goes, there is no user guide for an HSPICE model. The .sp file that is includes is a sample file that includes the model and a driver to show some simple things of how the model works and can be used. The header of the .mlm file contains just about everything you need to know to use the model. The model is essentially setup as a subckt with node numbers that you can use in your HSPICE netlist of your specific circuit. Also take a look at the index file for some pertinent information.
