And Japanese enterprises.One of my classmate in a Japanese corporation has sent in his papers,because of the toilsome work.Is your corporation "human"?

I'm lucky, you know, my company is a USA invested one.
I feel comfortable, free, human...............you don't have work very late everyday.
To me, working environment & atmosphere is of great importance when I choose a job.
A corporation should have some kind of open and interactive culture, which called company culture.It should be unique and applicable.....
Anyway, this is only my personal point of view.........hehe[em23]

How many years have you been in work?
Is that your first job?
I am engaged at my favourite work.I can go to many city and contact with various person.But sometimes I still want to be an engineer,my own profession.
In April,I went to suzhou for my interview in BENQ,their working environment & atmosphere impressed me so much.As you described,comfortable, free, human.But I lost the opportunity.It was a pity!

I got my present job several months before I graduated from university.
It means I only have one year working experience.：）
So, I'm a green-hand in this semiconductor industry....much things to learn in this field.~~~~~~~~~~~~~
