  Since it''s a PCB tech BBS, can talk more about this industry and it''s present devolopment in chinese mainland or the island ? sorry that i left this area for a certain long time and can not get any information about this industry. I take special attention to the UL registration of guangdong PCB manufactures: their new PCB raw material and manufacturing process.

But I do not know what about your job ,As I know that most of the PCB manufactures are in-coming material manufacturing,seldom engage in PCB wiring design,whether your job concerning on the PCB layout or the wiring design ?

Of cause, my job concerns PCB layout.
But, I would also want to learn much in manufacturing~~~~~~~~~
You know, manufacturing know-how will significantly help a lot in layout side~~~~~

Yes, of course.
  This problem usually occurs to the manufacturing department. in our HDI and blind-buried hole boards. most of the S/M defects result from un-perfect layout design.so it always need a lot of time for the process engineer to communicate with the front-end department !

Yeah, it's really a significant issue for layout designer to communicate with manufacturing department.
And I believe it widely happens in all companies that provid PCB products.

Is your job responsible for this kind of communications??

It's not my main duty for in-process defect feedback.the PE menbers take responsible for it.I'm just a R/D Engineer.but we are turtled by this kind of problem every day during the new process devolepment !

To tell the truth, I'm still not very clear about you position and your resiponsibility in manufuacturing.：（
Maybe, the main reason is that I'm concerning more about the layout design and know less about manufacturing.
